As a satisfied customer, I came with the intentions of leaving the favorable review this team deserves, to enhance their ratings. My referral came from a trusted source via word of mouth vice my own research but I AM NOT surprised to see the 5.0 rating! These folks do quality work, communicate exceptionally and follow up to ensure satisfaction from all angles. My wife requested the decorative rain can in lieu of a downspout at our Lanai - which had to be ordered. Our request was also late in the coordination. These folks showed up and did 98.5% of the work (everything but the missing piece) and didn't even send the payment invoice until a few days later when they received and installed the late addition. I had a roofing leak that I was led to believe was a result of the install (it wasn't). They took my inquiry seriously and sent a full crew out for assessment within 3 hours of my concern. Even though they thoroughly and respectfully proved that my concern was not related to an error in their workmanship, they took it on their own to modify a gutter with an elbow to point away from degraded area of my roof (roofers cut corners) and didn't even charge for the change. Customer service and satisfaction doesn't get any better in 2024! Book them with FULL confidence!
